Call Ahead to verify that the County office you are looking for is located where it should be.  Because of renovations to the Administration Building many offices have been temporarily relocated.

Directions from Cleveland - West

1. Take Rt. 77 South to Turnpike
2. Head East on Turnpike and get off at Exit 14
3. Take Rt. 5 East (Warren) - get off at Market St/Warren Exit - turn right
4. Take Market Street to Rt. 45 intersection -(2 gas stations and the Hot Dog Shoppe at the intersection - go through the intersection
5. Turn left at the next traffic light - continue two (2) blocks to Courthouse Square. *Turn left on Mahoning Avenue to go to the Courthouse (castle building) on High Street.  The Clerk of Courts Office for Civil, Criminal, and the Court of Appeals is located on the first floor of the Courthouse.  

The Administration Building is on High street across the street from the Courthouse.  The Title Department is located on the first floor.  The Passport office is located on the fifth floor.

 

* NOTE: To go to the Domestic Clerk of Courts Office, turn right at the light at Mahoning Avenue (#5 above).  Go one (1) block and the Family Court Building will be on the right. (Mickey's Army and Navy is across the street).

Directions from Cleveland - East

1. Take 480 East to Rt. 422-Warren
2. Take 422 to Warren (422 is Parkman Rd) - turn left at Summit Street (Landmarks are Hardees & Laundromat)
3. Go to the second traffic light - turn right on Mahoning Avenue
4. * Follow Mahoning Avenue to Courthouse Square
5. Turn left to go to the Courthouse (castle building) on High Street.  The Clerk of Courts Office for Civil, Criminal, and the Court of Appeals is located on the first floor of the Courthouse.
